Funded by Cadent Foundation and Cadent, and delivered by MFT in partnership with Citizens Advice Manchester, Groundwork, Big Life Group and other local partners, the Hubs bring together a wide range of support in one accessible place.
We know that issues such as money worries, housing problems, loneliness, employment difficulties and the rising cost of living can affect people’s health just as much as medical conditions. The Live Well Hubs are here to help people access the right support, at the right time, in one convenient place.
Working alongside trusted community and voluntary sector partners, the Hubs offer advice and support on areas including benefits and debt, housing, employment, energy costs, healthy lifestyles and social connections. Whether someone needs practical guidance, help navigating local services, or simply a friendly conversation, the Live Well Hubs provide a welcoming space where people can take positive steps towards improving their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
“Supporting healthier lives by connecting people to practical help, advice and community support.”
