Help while you are with us

If you are worried about your care, or someone you love, our teams want to hear from you. These pages explain who can help and how to reach them.

Visiting someone in hospital?

Visiting is between the core visiting hours of 10.30am and 7.30pm in adult inpatient wards and community units, where this can be achieved safely and the patient wishes to receive visitors. Visiting will usually be limited to a maximum of two visitors at any one time.

There are different arrangements for children, babies, maternity and neonatal care. Read the visitor’s policy for the details before you travel.
