Volunteer with Us

Join our team to support the community and gain meaningful experience. Volunteering offers a chance to connect with others, be part of something important, and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

Who can apply?

Our volunteers come from all walks of life. You need to be at least 16 years old, able to commit to a regular shift, and willing to complete the recruitment checks that keep our patients safe.

Where can I volunteer?

Volunteers support our hospital sites across Manchester and Trafford, in wards, outpatient areas and reception. Some roles, such as the community breast feeding volunteer role, are based in the community.
