Your MFT journey starts here
Working at MFT means being part of one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK, caring for around 750,000 people in Manchester and Trafford. Our colleagues work in our ten hospitals, in community services, and in the Local Care Organisations that support people at home.
What we offer
- A range of careers across clinical, non-clinical, corporate and digital services.
- Apprenticeships and training routes that let you earn while you learn.
- Support for your development, including education, research and leadership programmes.
- An inclusive workplace where everyone is welcome, with a range of staff networks.
Your journey to joining MFT
Make your application stand out by reading the job description carefully, showing how your experience meets the essential criteria, and using the person specification as a checklist. Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview, where we will also talk about reasonable adjustments.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are one of the ways colleagues build careers at MFT, from nursing and pharmacy to digital and management. Many apprentices move into permanent posts in the team where they trained.
